Lune's editorial shoot needed to capture the unhurried feeling of their East Melbourne bakery — flaking pastry, morning steam, the quiet ritual of waiting for the croissant to be right. We shot before service began, in the hour when the light through the front windows is exactly what you'd want it to be.
